  • Sewer, water, gas, electric provided at site: 12”sanitary sewer, 12” water main, 10”high-pressure gas line, electric at site.

  • Based upon investigative work and limited cleanup activities directed by the MDEQ, the MDEQ termed the northerly property is suitable for industrial and commercial development.
  • Since 1996, MDEQ cleanup of the property has continued to include cleanup of the drain and areas of the parcel south of the drain.
